ICC inaugurating new key system for world test championship.

The International Cricket Council ( ICC) is a worldwide cricket management system. It developed into the founded thanks to the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 through representatives of Australia, England and South Africa. In 1965, it was renamed the International Cricket Conference, and in 1987 it received its current name. The ICC headquarters is located in Dubai, UAE . Currently, the ICC has 104 international representative offices: 12 Full Members who play Test Matches, and 92 Associate Members. The ICC is responsible for organizing and managing the most important international cricket tournaments, the most significant of which are the Cricket World Cup and the T20 World Cup. It also appoints referees and umpires who conduct any-sanctioned test Trials, One-Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. He publishes the ICC Code of Conduct, which sets expert standards of the subject for world cricket and additionally coordinates the movement against corruption and problem solving through his Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU).


The ICC does not manage bilateral furniture between member countries (which covers all test matches), nor does it regulate domestic cricket within member countries. This does not create or change the laws of the sport, which remained under the management of the Marylebone Cricket Club due to the fact that 1788. The Chairman heads the Board of Administrators, and on June 26, 2014, Narayanavami Srinivasan, the previous president of BCCI, became the first chairman of the board. The position of ICC President has become largely an honorary function, since the status quo of the chairman's role and other changes were made to the ICC charter in 2014. It was claimed that the 2014 adjustments were transferred to the so-called "Big Three" international centers of England, India and Australia.The final president of the ICC was Zahir Abbas, who was appointed in June 2015 after the resignation of Mustafa Kamal in April 2015. When the appointment of the ICC President was canceled in April 2016, Shashank Manohar, who succeeded Srinivasan in October 2015, became the main impartial elected chairman of the ICC.


History
1909-1963-Imperial Cricket Conference
On 30 November 1907, Abe Bailey, president of the South African Cricket Association, wrote a letter to F. E. Lacey, secretary of the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC, England). Bailey recommended the creation of an"Imperial Cricket Council". In the letter, he suggested that the council could be responsible for developing rules and regulations governing global relations between 3 members: Australia, England and South Africa. Bailey wished to conduct a series of three-way tests among the participating countries in South Africa. Australia declined the offer. However, Bailey no longer lost the desire. He saw an opportunity to bring 3 participants together during Australia's tour of England in 1909. Having withstood lobbying and efforts, Bailey achieved success.
On June 15, 1909, representatives of England, Australia and South Africa met at Lord's and founded the Imperial Cricket Conference. The 2nd assembly of three participants will be held in a month. The guidelines were agreed between international organizations, and the main set of three tests was changed to a specific one, which was to be held in England in 1912.
In 1926, the West Indies, New Zealand and India were elected full members, which doubled the number of countries participating in gambling to six. After the formation of Pakistan in 1947, in 1952 it gained fame as a test country, becoming the seventh country where tests were conducted. In May 1961, South Africa withdrew from the Commonwealth and, consequently, lost its membership.


1964-1988-International Cricket Conference
In 1964, the ICC agreed on such countries as countries not participating in test games. In the following 12 months, the ICC changed its call to the International Cricket Conference. According to the new type of membership, an Associate Member. The USA, Ceylon and Fiji were accepted.
In 1968, Denmark, Bermuda, the Netherlands and East Africa were admitted as associated companies. However, South Africa has not yet applied to join the ICC.

In 1978, Papua New Guinea was admitted as an associate member. South Africa made an attempt to reunite, but their software was rejected.
In 1981, Sri Lanka became a full member of the organization. They conducted their first test in 1982.
In 1984, the third type of club was created in the ICC-the Partner category of membership. Italy became the main member, observed through Switzerland in 1985. In 1987, the Bahamas and France were accepted, which were observed with the assistance of Nepal in 1988.


1989-present – International Cricket Council

In 2018, all women's T20 suits were upgraded to International Status for women under the age of 20.


ICC New Scoring System
The International Cricket Council (ICC), according to espncricinfo, intends to introduce a new scoring system for the World Test Championship (WTC) if you want to start in August 2021 and finish in June 2023.  According to the report, the second cycle of the World Trade Center will begin in August with a series of five medical tests between England and India.
